Hi I'm Jonathan Pace

I grew up in SLC, UT. I`m a missionary, I'm a soccer lover, I treasure quality time with family and friends, and I`m a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. I am the fourth of seven children. I love playing and watching soccer. I enjoy musical theatre productions. I`m a bit of a perfectionist. I love Disneyland. I enjoy graphic design as a hobby and I like making things look good. I also enjoy playing with and assembling Lego sets if time allows. I love games of any kind, and I always prefer to win. I graduated from Olympus High School in Holladay, UT. I am currently serving as a full-time missionary in the Japan Kobe Mission. I'm a younger and older brother, a son, and a friend to as many as possible. My family is my greatest treasure. I feel so blessed to have such wonderful parents, grandparents and also siblings. The members of my family are my best friends and my greatest strength and support. Upon returning from my mission I plan on attending BYU studying accounting and Japanese.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came to Earth, atoned for my sins and the sins of the world, died on the cross and was resurrected on the third day. Through Jesus Christ`s restored gospel I have found hope and purpose in my life. I know where I am from, who I am, what my potential is, why I am here, and where I am going. I know that Jesus Christ lives, and because he lives, we all will live. I am a Mormon because only The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I was born into this church, but my testimony of the gospel is personal. My faith is not borrowed from my parents, siblings or anyone else. I know that this gospel is true because I have studied, pondered, and prayed about it countless times, only to receive a sure witness from the Holy Spirit that this is the correct path. I have doubts, as I`m sure everyone does, but I cannot deny my testimony of the Savior Jesus Christ, the Restoration of His gospel, or the truthfulness of The Book of Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving others as Jesus Christ would. I currently show my faith by serving as a full-time missionary for the church in Kyoto, Japan. I live my faith by living gospel standards. This church isn`t just something I do for a couple hours every Sunday, it is a part of who am and how I act, think, and breathe. I live the gospel of Jesus Christ and I invite all others to do the same. There is nothing that has brought me more happiness than following the example of my savior Jesus Christ, and living as he would have me live.
