Hi I'm Clara Heder

I'm just like every other girl trying to find her way happily, through this crazy life! .... AND i'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a part time CNA, full time college student. I am the fifth of seven kids and was born and raised in this beautiful Gospel. I don't have a crazy conversion story or even a really cool life story. I'm your average girl! I love the great outdoors, snowboarding, camping, tennis, and playing the guitar. I live a pretty full life... included with many trials, and difficulties along with many incredible blessings. But all those things aside, I love life, I know why i'm here... and I KNOW, I will one day soon rise to greet my Savior, Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I think every one of us in this world... just long to be happy. How blessed I have been to find my testimony in this gospel. My Heavenly Father knows me... and he has a plan for me. Which is, the plan of Happiness. Never have I turned to the Lord and found sorrow. I have only found comfort, forgiveness, hope, light, truth, clarity, and love. He knows our struggles and our pains. He knows I stumble and sometimes doubt his plan... but all he needs from me is faith that he knows best. When I fall, to get back up and JUST. KEEP. TRYING. My incredible mother was converted to the church when she was 14 and one of the greatest lessons I have learned from her is is how much she appreciates what this gospel has done for her. Not a day goes by that my mom doesn't understand and appreciate how incredible our Father in Heaven is. NO. MATTER. WHAT... no matter how crazy her day is, she finds time give to the lord. And as she struggles to complete the tasks of the day... she some how always finds strength and happiness. She gives and she gives.. and the Lord gives back. My Mother knows what it is like to live without the fullness of the gospel. Catholic her first 14 years of her life, but every day she's grateful to have found the truth and light of the world...his everlasting happiness. I know, with EVERY fiber of my being, that this church is true. God is there to carry you through the hard times. To bless you with happiness, comfort, and to guide you through the trials of this life. He loves you and HE knows YOU. It's NEVER too late to come unto him. He's always only a prayer away. My savior lives. He suffered for my sins and bled from ever pore. He DEFENDED me at every turn. I know him. He knows me. I have felt him close. I have fallen so far and longed for his presence.I have felt the power of the atonement and strength of his loving forgiveness. He is the ONLY way to true and everlasting happiness and I WILL one day rise to greet him again, How joyous that reunion will be.

How I live my faith

I was just recently called to be the Fellowship Co-chair in my Young Singles Adult ward and my responsibility is to pretty much be everyone's friend! I feel so blessed to be apart of that! Something that i have always loved about this church is the love and support you feel from your ward family! It is so easy to feel so alone in this crazy world... but somehow... there is always someone looking out for me... and for you too. Never, are you alone... The Lord is ALWAYS there! And even more than that... the members of his church are always there too. I love how good this gospel is... never have I ever been asked to do something that wouldn't make me happy... so in turn, I just want to do my best to live in a way that this gospel doesn't just bring the members of its church happiness and joy... but also to all those around us. I unfortunately can't make everyone see how wonderful this gospel has been in my life... but what I can do, is show the world. I'm a Mormon, I know it, I live it, and I love it! I'm not perfect, every day I stumble... but I get back up... because if I don't... I fall even further away from what will truly make me happy. Good is good, he is real, and he knows exactly who you are and what you need. His arms are open. His love is infinite.
