Hi I'm Camille

I am a mom to two crazy little boys. I have ran 4 half marathons. I paint helmets for babies with plagiocephaly. I am a mormon.

About Me

I am a stay at home mom to two little boys, a role that I cherish. I am also a registered nurse and in the past have worked with many people suffering from depression and anxiety. I am an active person and love exercising and working in my yard. I especially like learning and strategizing about my plants and flowers.

Why I am a Mormon

I chose to stay Mormon a long time ago, back in middle school. I had some very close friends of other faiths who questioned me and my religion, and caused me to question it as well. I prayed a lot and read the Book of Mormon and Bible. Each time I prayed and read, I had an undeniable feeling that the things I had been taught in this church were real and that they were true. Over there years I have had emotional challenges, financial challenges, made wrong choices, and experienced pain. But I have never had any issue which was too big for me to bring to the Lord and allow Him to make it better. I am so grateful for that. I am a Mormon because I need to know Jesus Christ and I need His help every single day. This is the church that teaches me how to know and be like Him, it is the vessel that brings me closest to Him.

How I live my faith

I try to follow the example of Jesus Christ in my life. He loved all people He came in contact with and I try to do the same. I teach Sunday school to the teenagers at church and I love getting to know them and hopefully influencing them to choose good. It is a privilege to be a guide for them as they come to know and follow the Savior. One of my favorite things to do is bring dinner to new moms who have just had a baby, or to people who have had a tragedy happen. It feels good to help others during these pivotal moments of life and I hope it makes the people receiving the meal feel that they are loved.
