Hi I'm Phil

I grew up in California and Utah and I'm half Romanian. I love playing tennis, listening to music, and traveling. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I just finished my first year of college in Virginia, and I am currently getting ready to serve a mission in Romania. I have had the incredible opportunity of traveling quite a bit and I always love seeing new places and meeting new people. I love listening to music especially classic rock and anything from the 60's and 70's. I am also a sports fan.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have developed a testimony of the truthfulness and beauty of this gospel. I have read and I love the Book of Mormon. It has had a positive impact on my life and the lives of my family members. I love the gospel's teaching about how families can be together forever. I have a strong testimony of the divinity of the Savior Jesus Christ. I have felt his love and concern for me, and my understanding of His gospel has helped me grow closer to Him. I am looking forward to the opportunity I have to share the gospel with the people of Romania. My mom is Romanian and I am excited to teach the Romanian people principles that I believe will improve their lives and increase their happiness.

How I live my faith

I consider my faith to be a tremendously important part of my life. I love attending church and feeling the sense of community and fellowship that goes along with it. When I was in college, I served as an Assistant Clerk in my congregation. This calling gave me the opportunity to get to know the people in my congregation. I also love the many opportunities we have as members to serve those around us and those in the community.
