Hi I'm Glenn and Sheila

We have been married 39 years , parents of 4 and grandparents of 7. Partners of a mine equipment manufacturing company.

About Me

Our most important role in life is that of a husband/wife, parents and grandparents. I learned this from my parents. My mother who is 92 years old, is still giving me counsel today, and I am well into my 60's. Family relationships can and do last forever. The knowledge that families can be forever helps sustain me in our daily struggles. In 1993, our eldest son passed away at the age of 15. Although it has been over 21 years, his memory constantly is on our minds. We look forward to the opportunity of seeing him once again. I know the only way that will be possible is that we live a life worthy of such a great blessing. Our joy in this life is our extended family. Grandchildren, children, and, our eternal companions, are the reason family relationships are so important.

Why I am a Mormon

At the age of 4 years old I watched as my father, mother, and older brother were baptized members of the church. I remember two large gentlemen dressed in white shirts and ties visit our home on several occasions and the warm feeling that they brought with them. I wanted to be like them someday. Some, 15 years later I was able to follow in their footsteps by serving the Lord in Argentina. It was one of the greatest experiences of my life (Glenn) I was born a member of the church, always been active, made some difficult choices but met my eternal companion and have been active in the church all my life.

How I live my faith

The only way one can live their faith is by serving others. We are all children of our Heavenly Father; therefore, we are all brothers and sisters. All of us chose to follow the Savior and come to earth; therefore, every individual who has lived on the earth, is living on the earth, or will live on the earth, has made at least one good choice in their life that to follow the Savior. It is our responsibility to live lives that remind everyone of the goodness of God, hope in the future, and the eternal blessings of keeping the commandments. This can be best done by providing Christ like services to whomever cross my path.
