Hi I'm Lincoln

I'm a New Zealander, I creating stuff and especially games, I'm a husband to a beautiful wife and dad to 2 girls, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Lincoln Reid, I was born in Auckalnd, New Zealand but have lived in Australia, America and Argentina. I lived and breathed basketball for most of my life until I realised that there was more to life than a game of basketball. I was called to serve as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and assigned to serve in the Argentina Rosario Mission. While there I learnt to speak spanish and realised that I could do more than just play sport. I took on a new approach to life when opportunities were presented to me. That approach was "WHY NOT". Unless there was a good reason not to do something, I was going to give it a try. Since my mission I have been a teacher, created games, taught myself computer programmes and I was even a part of a children's entertainment group "The Polkadots" with my family. I am now a husband and father and try to make the most of every opportunity in life.

Why I am a Mormon

It makes sense to me. All the doctrines and principles resonate with who I am as a child of God.

How I live my faith

My faith has become a part of my life. It influences choices I make, places I go and things I do. I don't feel restricted by the doctrines and principles taught in the gospel of Jesus Christ because I seek to understand why they were given. When I understand why it makes it a ot easier to do the what.
