Hi I'm Bailee

I grew up in Utah. I love to sing, and I'm going to Nashville Tennessee on my mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I just finished my first year of college, and currently plan on going into Psychology. I love to learn and love people. I have always cherished music! I play several instruments and LOVE to sing. I really love how music can bring the Spirit so powerfully, and I want to strive to use my talents for that purpose.

Why I am a Mormon

I love this restored Gospel so much, and know that without the loving guidance it provides I would be lost and would feel alone. There have been times in my life where that was exactly how I felt, and I wondered if my Heavenly Father knew who I was or knew of my needs. But I testify that he does know me, and every single one of His precious children. He knows our strengths and our weaknesses, and through Him and His everlasting Gospel, we can become strong. I know this is the Restored Gospel upon the earth, and that Joseph Smith was able to restore it through the power and guidance of God. I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God, and that it has the power to impact our lives for the better, and to change us in a positive way that our Heavenly Father wants for us. I know that Thomas S. Monson is a prophet of God and that as we strive to follow his counsel, we will become happier in our every day loves. Finally, I testify that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Redeemer. I know that he suffered for my sins so that I could be clean again, and that he ultimately died for me. He knows my griefs, sorrows and burdens, and because of Him I can be clean and joyous again. I know that He lives and loves me, and because of my testimony and that witness, I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

It is crucial every day to do the simple things that lead us to our Savior Jesus Christ, and our Heavenly Father. These simple and powerful habits include reading the scriptures, praying sincerely, and doing whatever possible to follow Heavenly Father. The witness of the Holy Ghost testified to me through these simple things that I need to serve a mission, which I will be doing very soon. I pray that I will be able to be an example to those around me as I strive to live my faith.
