Hi I'm Calder

I love my family. I love good books. I love that I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the middle child of a family of seven, which I believe contributes to my passion of competing in any activity; whether that be sports; board games; or any daily activity, with multiple people, it is a competitive pursuit. Though when along, I enjoy the contemplative nature of good books, I enjoy the fantastic atmosphere of outdoor environments, and I enjoy the intriguing quality of puzzles.

Why I am a Mormon

Being born into the church can no doubt be attributed to some part of my attendance in it, though I like to think that my continued attendance when given the option to inactivate is proof to my independent belief. Being born to a church-going family has had beneficial effects on my early life making me realize the benefits of a united family that practices church ordinances. Sin and righteousness do exist, and following a path towards righteousness while continually opposing forces of sin, I know, brings joy.

How I live my faith

I attempt to regularly exercise the gift of atonement through repentance. I am about to serve a mission to share what I know. And I seek to notice God's effect upon my life.
