Hi I'm Jeff

I'm an actor, singer, stage manager, missionary, and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I come from a family of 5 children. I grew up in a little town in Southern Utah. I studied Theater, Musical theater, Stage Management, and Vocal Music. The arts are kinda my life... I worked in Zion National park for a while as a cashier at a grocery store, and a housekeeper at a hotel. Pretty exciting, right? I am currently serving full time in the Canada, Halifax mission!

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in an lds family. Throughout my life, I was taught all of the gospel principles, and was taught to live by certain standards. During my high school years, I had a small falling away with the church. I found that I no longer wanted to attend church meetings, or even associate with people who were lds. It was kind of a dark time. After living that way for quite some time, it finally hit me that I really wasn't happy. I had no clue what I was missing out of my life, but I was seriously unhappy. It took quite a while, but I finally gave up my pride and began attending church again by my choice. I started reading the book of Mormon and other scriptures again, and through that I have been able to find happiness again. That is why I continue living the gospel, I know that when I'm living the way I know to be living, I'm happy. The gospel is the one true source of happiness!

How I live my faith

There are so many different ways to talk about. In everything I do, I try to remember Christ. I may not always succeed, but I sure try! I do my best to do what he would do, and to act as he would act. Christ is the centre of all things, and so I try to make him the centre of my life.
