Hi I'm Mike

I'm from Arizona. I love being outdoors. I am a missionary in Italy. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I love the outdoors more than I could probably ever express. Hiking, canoeing, exploring, you name it. I love it all. I love to just simply enjoy the splendor of this earth which has been created by God. All of God's creations are so beautiful. However, the greatest knowledge is to know that though God has created the universe, and I, as his son, am his greatest creation. We are all children of our Father in Heaven. And to know, that we are so loved by him always brings joy to my heart.

Why I am a Mormon

My story is simple. I am a mormon because God's commandments are meant to help us to be safe and happy. They are like safety-rails that keep us on the path. I am a mormon because I love God and my Savior. And I am a mormon, because I know this is God's Church. When I was a teenager, my father challenged me to read the book of mormon and to pray. So that is exactly what I did. I started to read, and every time I read I felt something in my heart that I couldn't explain. I felt good. I felt joy. One day, I decided to genuinely pray to my Father in Heaven to know if it was true. And if it was I would dedicate my life to it. All at once, I just felt this warm, tingling feeling throughout my body. I felt pure His love, and I knew it was true. No words will ever be adequate to explain. I know God is real. I know He loves me. I know the scriptures are true. And no power can make me deny it.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving a mission for Jesus Christ in Italy. My goal is to help others come unto Christ and accept him as their savior. My life is dedicated to helping people. To helping them be happy too. The Savior spent his entire life helping and serving God's Children. And I hope to do the same.
