Hi I'm Miranda

I grew up in California, I a studying American Sign Language Interpreting, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently in college studying ASL interpreting and I love it! I love the atmosphere and the people I have met. I love to draw Disney characters. I have played soccer for the past 8 years. I have done Hawaiian and Tahitian Dancing since I was 5 years old.

Why I am a Mormon

I know this church is true. I have prayed, fasted, and studied the scriptures to come to that answer. This gospel is active, you have to continually be doing your part. Faith without works is dead. You are continually learning and serving. I know my Heavenly Father loves me and knows who I am. He knows my weaknesses and helps me with them everyday. I am so grateful for Jesus Christ who died for me that I might live again. I use the power of the Atonement everyday of my life. I am not perfect, I make mistakes everyday. This gospel has given me hope and strength to live in the world that we do. I am so grateful for Prophet Thomas S. Monson. He is a Prophet of God. His words come straight from our loving Heavenly Father, guiding us and helping us in our everyday life.

How I live my faith

I recently moved to a Young Single Adult ward where I am going participating in a congregation with people who are my age. Most of us are going to college and having similar experiences. I am so grateful for the love and closeness you feel at church and participating in activities. The gospel brings people together.
