Hi I'm Morgan

I love swimming, being outside, learning, and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I was a competitive swimmer throughout my childhood and high school years. A few other sports were also apart of my life, but the pool is the center of my hobbies. I actually enjoyed school quite a bit while I attended. I will be going on a mission to the Adriatic North pretty soon, and I am very excited. I love school, and it will be great to continue my education when I get home. I luckily had the opportunity to work as a lifeguard for a few years, and a swim coach for the last few years. I love my family, and they have been a great help for me through my life. I love every activity outdoors such as horse-back riding, fishing, swimming of course, hiking, climbing, rappelling, and four-wheeling!

Why I am a Mormon

I don't think that just because I was born into a family that is Mormon is why I chose to be one myself. My family raised me with focus on continually going to church, and doing what Christ would have me to do. However I remember through my teenage years was when I really had to start deciding what I wanted to be. I could've either continued on swimming into college, or going off to school somewhere, or starting my adult life with a Mormon mission. I luckily chose my mission, and my life has been ever changed because of that. I know that Christ lives, and that he can guide each and every one of our lives if we will just listen to him. He loves us all more than we could possibly hope to understand. I love him with my whole heart, and I will do what I can to serve him. I am glad that I was raised in a Mormon family to give me a start, but I know for a fact that my testimony of this church has come through my own searching, and through answers to prayers God had given to me.

How I live my faith

To me, the importance of living the gospel of Christ is an easy task that simply takes many corrections over a life time. I have learned that when we live by the commandments of God we will truly be blessed. Right now I am living my faith by serving a mission. I am in the Adriatic North Mission and I love and cherish this opportunity I have to serve these wonderful people. I hope and pray that I can be a strength to those who need me. I love to serve others both of my faith and out. The reason being that Christ loves all people, without restraint on what they believe about him.
