Hi I'm Kayln

I grew up in Utah. I'm suave, I love sports, and I have a charming smile. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love sports. I've done track and field, wrestling, baseball, football, and just about everything else in between. I hope to go to college, and become a lawyer. I enjoyed high school, and spending time with the bros, I work a lot, but I enjoy what I do.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the church. But that isn't why I have stayed in it. I feel as though I have come to know Christ through it. I have felt His presence and partaken of His atonement. I know that he is my Savior, and that His church was restored on this earth. My parents are LDS, and have taken me to church, but I keep coming back because I believe it to be right. I have prayed for the Lord to tell me if this was true, and he did not let me down.

How I live my faith

I currently live my faith by doing what has been asked of me. I home teach, and am a ward missionary. I home teach three families, and am amazed at the differences between them. I hope that through our visits that they may feel gods love. As a missionary, I have gone with others to contact, and teach lessons, and just give people the opportunity to come to Christ. I also try to stay clean, act clean, speak clean, et cetera. I feel that behavior is a mirror that shows who we are inside, and I try to behave as Christ would.

How can we increase our faith in Jesus Christ?

Kayln
The only way that we can become more than we are now is to act. If your faith in Christ was a seed the only way to make it anything more than that would be to plant it. Then water and care for it until eventually it becomes great like a tree. Once it is a tree it should bear fruit. If we wish to grow our faith, we need to be active. Actively seeking Christ. We need to recognize his blessings, ask for his help, and realize that he loves us. I know that if we ask with a sincere heart, with real intent, and are willing to accept his words that we will know him. But we also need to show that we believe in Christ by acting as he would. By mourning with those that mourn, and comforting those in need of comfort. If we look for Christ, we will find Him. And we will grow. Show more Show less
