Hi I'm Megan Laub

I grew up in Boise Idaho. I am going on a mission to Buenos Aires Argentina. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love to run, hike and swim... anything outside. I love the sunshine and the snow. I have gone to my first year of college and have taken classes anywhere from foreign government to calculus, I have no Idea of what I want to be, but life is exciting and I can't wait to continue my education and learn about the world around me. I am going to be living in Buenos Aires Argentina on a 18 month mission, where I intend to fall in love with the people culture and the food. (: But most importantly I am so excited to serve the people of Argentina and share the glad message with them!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it makes sense. I have always been a member, and have occasionally had my doubts but I can feel my saviors love and arms around me. I am a Mormon because living to laws and teachings of the church I am made the person that I want to be. I know that the "rules" are there to only make us safe and happy. Our Heavenly Father Loves us so much. He created this world for us, He gave His only son for us. I Believe in a God of love one the cares deeply for us and has prepared a way for us to return home to Him.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by showing my love for the people around me, not only do I donate 10% of my income to the church but I am a regular participant in nonprofit charitable organizations. At this time I am a helper with the little kids in my ward on sundays, I sit with the trouble makers and help them be quiet. I attend both a singles ward and a home ward, due to my calling in the home ward and trying to prepare for my mission through classes in my singles ward. I am preparing to serve a mission this year and will be dedicating 18 months of my life to the Lord and to serve and teach the people of Argentina.
