Hi I'm Merri

I grew up on my tribal reservation in Washington. I am in my 3rd year at college. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hello, my name is Merri and I grew up in a small town. I was raised by my wonderful mother along with my other siblings. I believe in hard work. But more strongly I believe that through the combination of hard work and faith you can be unstoppable. I enjoy running, dancing, and popsicles. I am studying exercise physiology and am 1/2 way through my third year in college.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a member of this church to me means I can be with my family forever. It means I can be forgiven of mistakes I make as I try my best to learn and grow in this life. It means I can live on after this life and continue growing. It means happiness. I choose to be a member of this church because of the gospel message it contains. I am a Mormon. I am a daughter of God and I know that He loves me.

How I live my faith

I believe in inspiration. I know that when I take time for prayer and peace I can feel inspiration to guide me in my life. I am currently serving as a full-time missionary in Korea Seoul Mission. I like to read. But more importantly I like to read my scriptures because when I read them I am able to find comfort, guidance and truth. I believe in prayer. I know that when I learn things at church I can always ask questions, but more importantly I can pray about it. I know that through prayer I can receive an honest answer to my questions every time.
