Hi I'm Grant

Grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. I love to play baseball and basketball. I'm an Eagle Scout. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love all sports, except for soccer. I've met my best friends either on a baseball field or a basketball court and love to spend time with them on golf course. I am an Eagle Scout. I plan to study chemistry at school and hopefully will pursue a pre-med track.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church and have never regretted it. I love how this church teaches that my family can be together forever. The LDS church has helped bring our family through times of trouble and uncertainty and has provided us with a faith-based support group that has never wavered in supporting us. I love how our church encouraged its members to ask questions and seek for divinely inspired answers. It is through asking questions and looking for answers that I have gained my unshakable testimony of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon and our living Prophet. This church requires much, but that only serves to strengthen my testimony of its validity. I believe our loving heavenly father requires sacrifice on our part and in turn rewards us greatly.

How I live my faith

All through high school I attended religious classes before school. I studied the Bible, Book of Mormon, and the Doctrine and Covenants. For years I have held leadership positions in our church's youth program and have planned weekly activities meant to bring us together as a group as well as activities that have taken us on out-of-state trips to have fun. I currently have a calling in our ward to teach the kids ages 11-12 every Sunday.
