Hi I'm Jordan

I am a P&F fan through and through. I love anything that has to do with fun. I want to be a Robotics Engineer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up mostly in Utah, but I've moved around pretty much everywhere and have landed myself in Florida, which is great cause I LOVE the beach. I am the oldest of 5 kids, and I have wonderful loving parents who have made me the person I am today, and I think they did a pretty decent job. I enjoy just about anything that someone could consider "fun". From video games and chess to off roading and hiking, to just hanging out with friends. I'd do anything to have fun. I've been studying to become a mechanical and/or robotics engineer (I really like both), and have recently graduated from high school with several college credits in those fields. My ultimate goal in this is to become an Imagineer for Disney. I would love to build rides and robots that bring joy and amusement to thousands both young and old. I was recently called to be a full time missionary for my church, a full 2 years of straight service and sacrifice. Oh, and lots of fun! I have been spreading the gospel in Kentucky for the last two years and have come much closer to Christ because of it. I have faced many challenges, and will yet face many more as I go to college and start my family, but I have a positive outlook as I put my faith in my Savior. I know He loves me, and I know He loves you too.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a "Mormon" because it just makes sense. I've come to know my Savior and my Father in a more personal way than I could in any other religion. I've often considered what would happen if I ever changed religions. I've investigated other churches and learned their beliefs. With the knowledge I've gathered, the only things that actually make any sense to be is Mormon or Atheist, and God has personally played too large a part in my life to ever even consider that he doesn't exist. Every question I have ever had about the Church can be answered, and has been throughout my life. I know it now, and I know that it is the true Church of Christ. I know because he has told me, I know because it makes me happier than anything else in the world, and I know because it just makes sense...

How I live my faith

I am basically putting my life on hold to serve a two year mission for my church. I am leaving behind my family, my job, my schooling, my girlfriend, and everything else that is important to me so that I can serve others and teach the gospel that I have come to love. I try to do my best to follow Christ's example, which can be an incredibly difficult thing sometimes. In the end though, it is so worth it. I know that I serve others and keep God's commandments, I will be able to live a happy life full of joy and blessings. God has promised these things to those who obey.
