Hi I'm Kitt

I am a Mormon convert.

About Me

Growing up, I never had the gospel in my life. My family weren't members of any church or any form of religion. As I went through life, I did all of the things that the world promised would please me and make me happy; partying, staying up late, and indulging in sinful activities and behaviors. After doing these things for many years, I realized that I was never truly happy, something was missing. It wasn't until 2013 when I met a new friend that I would finally find true happiness. He introduced me to the LDS church and his religion. At first, I asked him why it made him so happy, because I didn't believe in God and thought that this happiness that he had wasn't possible for me. After he bore his testimony, I felt the Spirit for the first time in my life. I felt that truth and happiness that he had from his faith in Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father. I knew from that moment that I needed the same truth. After a few weeks of lessons, I was baptized on December 28th, 2013 into The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints. My life has only progressed since that blessed day. As I continue to grow in this gospel, I am also preparing to serve a full-time mission. Seeing how much this gospel has changed and improved my life has made me, so badly, want to bring the same light, truth, and happiness to the lives of others.

Why I am a Mormon

I never had more peace and comfort in my life until I accepted the gospel into it. Feeling the love that God has for all of us has changed my way of living, and most importantly my heart. There is nothing that I go through or things that I deal with that the Savior doesn't feel or understand. He is always there with us, beside us, every step of the way, helping us to grow stronger and endure longer as we walk the path back to our Heavenly Father. I know, without a shadow of a doubt, that true happiness lies within His gospel. And we all have the opportunity to learn it, love it, and apply it to our lives as we follow Him and help others to follow Him.

How I live my faith

I do my best to go and teach with the full-time missionaries in my area. Being able to help teach the simple principles of His gospel to others brings so much joy to my life. Not only does it help give truth to those we teach, but it also helps remind me of the love that our Heavenly Father has for all of us.
