Hi I'm Dakota

I am from Utah. I love sports. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love Sports. My favorite sport is Basketball. I love boating and being in the mountains. I am not to picky. I am an outdoorsy kind of kid. I also love being with family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised up in the gospel and I have chosen still to be a member and keep his commandments. I am not perfect and no one is in this life. We all make mistakes and we can repent for those mistakes. Each day we should strive to become closer to our heavenly father and follow him. I continue to follow in his gospel because it does bring true happiness into my life and I know it can bring true happiness into anyones life that really wants to know and follow him. I know that when we really kneel down and pray with real intent that we will get answers and I know the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ and it is here for us in these latter days to guide us and help us return with our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I know Joseph Smith is a true prophet and he restored this gospel back to the earth. I know he was chosen by God to translate the Book of Mormon and to establish the Priesthood back to this earth. I know President Thomas S. Monson is the Prophet today and he receives revelation from our Heavenly Father. I know Missionary work is essential to bring everyone back into this restored gospel and to let everyone live with Heavenly Father again. I have a testimony of Hymns and how powerful music is in all of our lives. I know and am grateful for Jesus Christ and how he bleed and died for us so that we could live with him again. And I say this in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I go to church every Sunday. I participate by teaching lessons and helping out in any way I can. I do go visiting teaching and just talk with members in my ward. I ask if I can help them in anyway. I go on activities with the other people in my ward. Whether it be going on a hike or doing service for the elderly.
