Hi I'm mitche

I grew up in one of the main Island of the Philippines. I 'm currently attending Brigham Young University Hawaii. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I have been a member of the church for 4 years now. I was converted at the age of 16 and my sister at the age of 15 we are the only member in the family, for a new member like me it was hard to continue especially when you don't truly understand what you are doing. Their are times where in I regret being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints or Mormon because it felt like I am doing too much for the church and no time for myself, my family, family chores in which making my mom angry. But as I read the Book of Mormon everyday I just couldn't stop going to church and attend the sacrament. I just felt so happy being near to the church. That it feels like its gonna break. That burning desire that I have, turn into testimony, a testimony that all about the church is true, that even if I' m not perfect I will still strive to have that Christ like attribute and to be able to serve other and someday to be with Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I have chosen to be a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints because I know the book of Mormon I have read and ponder them I know its true. It testify of the Jesus Christ. I spend almost 2 hours finishing 4-5 chapter a day. Spending 3 hours in church meetings every Sunday. Attending 2 hours church activity every Saturday. Why I did go through this because I really want to know the true I want to know the Gospel. Then I sincerely ask of God through prayer with a sincere desire to know if it is really true. I received my answer through the Holy Ghost, testifying it is true.

How I live my faith

I'm a district leader and a chorister in our ward. We often talk about the welfare of our sisters how they are doing. We are persuading every sister to visit and teach sisters who are having trouble and in need of our help. Since we are from different part of the world and have different personality. We strive to be patience and cheerful to share the spirit that they might not feel alone or helpless.
