Hi I'm Hayden

I'm from Salt Lake City. I'm good at math and I love to ski. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a high school graduate and an Eagle Scout. I love hanging out with my friends and doing a variety of recreational activities. I like to ski, longboard, play tennis, hike, and relax with video games. I plan to study engineering at college and I'm looking forward to being a husband and father. Before that, I will be serving as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the gospel gives me purpose and direction in my life. I take comfort in knowing I have a loving heavenly father who guides me through the challenges in life. I love how the church is centered around family. I feel peace and joy through the atonement of Jesus Christ. I feel peace and joy when I am obedient and kind to others. I am grateful to have a knowledge of what comes next after this life and why we are here. The gospel gives me hope that one day I can become like Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and return to their presence. I know I am not perfect, but I can be if I am faithful and rely on the Savior. I know by the power of the Holy Ghost that Jesus Christ lives and his church is on the earth today. I know the gospel, I love it, and I do my best to live it.

How I live my faith

I attend church each Sunday and administer the sacrament. I often prepare and bless the bread and water. I love to greet all the friendly people that attend with me. I enjoy listening to the speakers and teachers and feeling the Spirit of God which is always present. I meet with my peers, leaders, and teachers to discuss gospel related topics. As a member of the LDS church, I look for opportunities to serve others in my community as well as my friends and family.
