About Me

I'm 46 married to the love of my life. I grew up Lutheran converted March 22,2014. I have 3 grown children and 4 wonderful granddaughters with a grandchild due February 2015. I am raising my eldest granddaughter she is 9 and was baptized July 26,2014. We take full time care of my disabled father. I enjoy bike riding, gardening, crocheting, and basically almost any type of craft. I use to teach as a Violence Prevention Specialist. I've taught elementary, middle school, Christian high school and in a family school. I worked in the non profit field for several years. Besides the blessings of helping other and planting seeds of positiveness I did get to enjoy some traveling for conferences

Why I am a Mormon

I became a Mormon at the age of 46 due to the truth of the Book of Mormon. I've always had beliefs that didn't quite for in any place. I know now why is cause none of them was the True Church. I am so Blessed to now b able to raise my granddaughter in the church

How I live my faith

I'm new to the church and still not really involved.

Are Mormons Christians?

Maga
It amazes me how many people do not know realize that we "Mormons" are Christians. The definition of a Christian is : anyone who believes that Christ is the son of God - so YES we are Christians. We try very hard to live our lives Christ-like. I am so Blessed to raising up 2 of my granddaughters in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I am very confident that with the help of my Brothers and Sisters in the church that my grands will have awesome values and morals Show more Show less
