Hi I'm Sam Brown

I was born in Maryland. Traveled the world singing. Played High School Basketball. And performed in Musical Theatre. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have had a happy and fortunate life growing up. I love to sing, it has brought me so much joy and opportunities throughout my life. My mom has sent me all over the world with choirs and had me join musical groups that allowed me to express my love for music. In high school I played basketball and water polo and played a role in the musical each year. I love my family, friends, and incredible leaders that have helped me strengthen my testimony of this gospel and set an example for me to live by.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of the different feeling I feel when I come to this church. I am a Mormon because I have learned through my study of the scriptures that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ and that it was translated through Joseph Smith. I am a Mormon because I have felt the spirit testify to me that the things I am taught in this gospel are true and that I will one day be together with my family again after this life. The plan Heavenly Father has for us is beautiful. I love this gospel and everything it teaches me and helps me with the things I need.

How I live my faith

Every morning in High school, I had the opportunity to start the day off right by attending Seminary at my church, to learn more about the gospel and share my personal beliefs with my peers. This group of youth my age were a small army at my school. Everyone knew who the Latter-Day Saints were because there were so many of us, but also because the way we acted made us different. I live my faith with the people I love so much through the example we try to set. I am blessed to live in an area with so many people that are LDS.
