Hi I'm Amanda

I am a student and a lover of music. I enjoy playing games, being with my family, and laughing. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student and an aspiring chef. I love fresh air, dancing, and musical theatre. If I had free time I would be reading or baking, but most of my time is spent in class or studying. I want to eventually own a café bookshop to combine two passions. I also hope to be a mother someday and have a family of my own.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptized into the LDS church at the age of eight, but I did not have strong convictions of the truthfulness of this religion then. At the age of fourteen I realized I did not know why I was a member. I had never searched for the truth for myself, so I made the decision to do so. My testimony of this gospel grew through pray and study of the Book of Mormon. I did not know if this was Christ's church when I was eight, but now I am proud to stand and say I know it is! I cannot and will not deny its truth.

How I live my faith

My faith is an integral part of my life. I attend church meetings each Sunday to take the sacrament and be cleansed through the Atonement of Jesus Christ. This is reminder for me to be an example of Christ throughout my week with my interactions with others. I am not a perfect person, but God gives me the strength to repent and become a better one. I live my faith by following Christ's example of love and acceptance for all.
