Hi I'm Cordell

I grew up in a small farming town in Idaho. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived in a small farming town for most of my life. Living in a farming community keeps all the youth busy during the summer, jobs ranging from hauling hay to hurdling goats up in the mountains. Through out my high school career I played many sports, such as basketball, football, track, and cross country. I am now serving a mission in the Tucson Arizona mission. I have been out for almost 4 months and I love serving the Lord. It is difficult and each day brings challenges but serving a mission has been incredible.

Why I am a Mormon

Both my parents are Mormon so I have been going to church all my life. Being a Mormon was just my Daily life until I was about 10. After some poor decisions I realized that this is the true church and I needed to live according to the gospel. I have two wonderful brothers who were great examples to me by serving missions. My testimony for missionary work is strong and I know that it is a work of God. In August I will be leaving for a mission to be a servant of our Heavenly father. I know that this is the true church of God. That jesus suffered for me and everyone out there and that he died on the cross. I know if we make a mistake that we can be forgiven if truly try our best to be forgiven. I know that Joseph Smith translated the book of mormon and that the book of Mormon came from our heavenly father and that it is true.

How I live my faith

I have been the secretary of my priest quorum for the last year but I have been released so I can serve a mission. I am now serving the Lord in the Tucson Arizona mission and sharing my testimony with those here in Tucson.
