Hi I'm Courtney

I've been a Mormon my whole life. This gospel has blessed my life in uncountable ways.

About Me

I am currently a missionary in the Texas Dallas Mission! I love playing tennis when I have free time. When I return off my mission, i'm going to go to college and get a degree in either Elementary Education or Business/Accounting. I am loving the chance I have to serve the Lord for 18 months.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and I am very grateful for that blessing. I choose to continue to follow His gospel because it has made me the person I am today and continuously blesses my life daily. It is because of Christ that I am able to make it back to my Heavenly Father, even after doing some stupid worldly actions. Christ is my Savior and He is there to comfort me when I am having a hard time in this difficult life. I know that He has felt all the pains that I am going through right now, so He is the perfect person to turn to in times of need. I am so blessed to have had the gospel my whole life and I can't wait to serve others and give them the wonderful message this gospel brings.

How I live my faith

I have held a lot of different church callings, mostly in the young women's group (for girls 12-18) and I really enjoy getting to interact with the fellow youth in my ward. I also really enjoy to put together dances with my friends where we listen to music that co-insides with our beliefs. We have lots of fun together.

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

Courtney
All able young men (ages 18-24) are asked to serve a mission, and young women (19-24) are able to serve missions but not required. Missions are a great time to learn many new things, meet a lot of new people and spread the gospel. Show more Show less
