Hi I'm Tori

I love music. I love to travel. I love to laugh. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently serving my mission in the Virginia Richmond Mission- Spanish Speaking and loving it! It's so worth every sacrifice I have made. When I finish my mission in April of 2016, I will return to the University of Wyoming, studying nursing. I love anything with music- piano, singing, dancing, you name it! My family and my friends are my life. I love travelling all over the world and serving those I meet. I'm a big goofball and I just like to laugh and live life to the fullest.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know the church is true. I know it for myself. I have read the scriptures, prayed about it, attended church, done all those things and I know it's true. I feel happy and at peace. I have seen the blessings in my life from striving to keep the commandments. Whenever I attend the temple I receive a powerful witness from God through the Holy Ghost that it is a House of the Lord where sacred work is done. God truly does answer prayers, spoken and unspoken. I know that He loves me and I can see that love all around me, everyday.

How I live my faith

This Gospel is all about "going" and "doing"! This is evident by where I am today. I am from the great state of Wyoming but am currently serving as a missionary in Virginia. It is hard but it is the best decision I have ever made. There is nothing that would make me leave my family for a year and a half besides the Gospel. I am out here because I know this church is true and I am so thankful for all my Heavenly Father has done for me. I know my family can be together forever and I want everyone else to have the joy I have. This Gospel isn't about sitting around. There's commandments to keep, covenants to make, people to serve, and the Gospel to share. It's a lifestyle! But I wouldn't have it any other way.
