Hi I'm Greg

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am married to the most beautiful women in the world, and have two of the funniest and smartest kids ever blessed to roam this earth. I help my wife run her hair salon, all while trying to decide what I want to be when I grow up.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of the authority to organize and spread the gospel that is contained therein. There are times of doubt and challenges for all of us, but with small daily efforts and actions I can maintain a strong relationship to my Savior, Heavenly Father, and be receptive to the daily promptings received through the Holy Spirit. The daily promptings are what reminds me each day of why I am a Mormon and grateful I was able to be baptized with the property authority.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to help others that are in need, and showing through actions the love our Savior has for each one of us.

Why don’t Mormons drink coffee, tea, or alcohol? What is the Mormon Church’s law of health and proper diet?

Our bodies are a gift that with a lot of power, and when not used properly our bodies can limit our ability to use our agency to choose. The restrictions of the Word of Wisdom, in my opinion, are warnings of items to avoid in order to maintain your freedom to choose. I know from experience that these items have at times limited my ability to choose, which most people call addiction and give our bodies power over our spirit. The recommendations found in the Word of Wisdom I feel are the opposite, they help you maintain your body in a way that is conducive to clear thinking and understanding before we use our agency to act.
