Hi I'm Peter

I wrestle and run cross country. I love unicycling, playing piano, slacklines, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am from a larger family. I am the sixth child of eight. I love going hiking and camping with my family. I love pretty much anything that involves the outdoors. Athletics are super important to me; I have participated in wrestling, cross country, and track, where I even pole vaulted. I love playing the piano more than anything and probably spend more time in the day doing that than I should.

Why I am a Mormon

Well, I was born into this faith. My parents and their parents were mormons. I have continued to live my religion for a few reasons. I always know what my purpose is. I feel like I have a great understanding of God's plan for all of his children. When I go to church and live my religion by serving other people I can feel his love not only for those that I am serving, but also for me. This Church has blessed my life so much! I know that I would not be able to carry on with life the same way I am know, if I had not had the influence of it in my life.

How I live my faith

As a young man, I have participated in home teaching, which is just going to other families in the area with a companion and giving them a lesson. I was also on the Seminary Council at my high school which is just a group that goes and tries to help struggling students both of our faith and not of our faith to have a friend and feel the Spirit at Seminary. Currently I am preparing to leave in September and serve a 2-year mission to St. Petersburg, Russia.
