Hi I'm Taylor

I grew up in Boise, Idaho. I enjoy playing all sports but I most specifically enjoy playing soccer and lacrosse. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an 18 year old who loves sports. I have played almost every major sport out there. I love soccer and lacrosse. After serving my mission in Chile I will attend college. I have a passion for making short films and music videos. I enjoy them because they let me create humorous situations and witty comments. I enjoy spending time with friends and going on small adventures. Whether going to a new place to hike or mountain biking new trails, or even going to a new place to eat, I love the adventures I embark on with my friends. I enjoy going to the gym and working out. It makes me feel accomplished and strong. It may seem weird but I enjoy working, knowing that I am doing something productive with my time that is improving me daily is something that I love.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it brings me joy. Having just graduated high school I have seen the sorrows and pains and struggles that bad decisions or unguided thought can bring people. With the gospel in my life the safe and simple answers to life's choices are readily available and taught. With these answers so quickly available it makes life so much happier because the choices that could hurt you or make you live with regret are that much easier to make. Being a Mormon not only provides answers and guidance on ways to live your life to be happy, but it provides an environment where making those decisions isn't looked down on and others are making the same decisions. The choices that I have made because of the gospel not only make me happy but also my family. I have a strong healthy and loving relation with my parents. I know that Jesus lives and loves us. I know that he died for us, so that we can return to live with him. I know that families can live together forever because of him. I know that we came to this earth to be tested and that we can live forever. I know that through prayer we can talk to god and that he desires to talk to us.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving, loving, and enjoying everyone. I visit a few families to check up on them and make sure they are doing well. I offer them service and provide assistance to them whenever possible. I served with a group of other young men aged 16 to 18 to provide service to others whether they were disabled, busy, mourning, or just in need of service.
