Hi I'm Keeley

I am a happy, fun, outgoing girl. I love pizza rolls and Oreos. I have been a Mormon my whole life and I'm loving it! I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am 19 years old living in Utah. I attended one year at BYU and I plan on returning after serving a full time mission in Berlin, Germany! I am the second of four children. I love to run, cook, and meet new people. I am that girl that is always ridiculously happy all the time and I can't think of a better way to live life than to live it happily!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love the teachings of the gospel and the spiritual truths it has make me feel more connected with myself, my family, and my God. I am a Mormon because living the way I do makes me happy. I am happy because I have a bright hope for the future. Hope is invaluable to me because it is there for me in bright times but more importantly it helps me through the darkest times. Hope allows me to see where I am going and who I can become. I draw my hope from the knowledge that Jesus Christ made an atonement for me. For me, so that I may one day live with Him again. I receive grace from Him every day and that is what motivates me to keep pressing on. I try to live my best every day for Him. I want every day to be centered around Christ because I do not want to be stuck wishing for yesterday or waiting for tomorrow. Now is my time to make a difference in my own life and in the lives of others. I have read the Book of Mormon numerous times and I know for myself and can testify of its truthfulness. I know that the prophet Joseph Smith was called of God and brought forth the gospel to this dispensation for the benefit of ALL of God's children. I know that our prophet today, President Thomas S Monson, is called of God and leads our church with divine power and authority. I know and understand that God lives and He loves His children. God knows and loves Keeley Curry. I rely on my testimony and faith in this church and in God every day. When I live in a world with so many changing values, to have something constant and immovable, such as the gospel, is truly a blessing in my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith every day through the connections I make with others around me. Our church teaches members to be charitable and I strive every day to live in harmony with that. Service brings me closer to our Father in heaven so I try to find as many opportunities as I can to serve others. My home ward gives me numerous opportunities to serve by making meals for families, cleaning the elderly or the afflicted's homes, and countless humanitarian projects for countries all over the world. Service fills my day with an indescribable feeling of love and gratitude for those who I am serving, and my Father in Heaven.
