Hi I'm Nick

I'm a Mormon

About Me

Hi I'm Nick. I have received my mission call to the Michigan Detroit mission! I report to the Missionary Training Center on September 10th, 2014. I plan on attending BYUI or BYU after I return from my mission in the Fall of 2016. I love to snow ski, play basketball, wakeboard, and seek out safe-ish adrenaline inducing activities.

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I know that it is the same church that Christ Himself organized while He lived on the Earth. As I have grown up and gone through high school, meeting many different people with different beliefs and lifestyles, I am proud to say that I am happy with WHO I AM, WHAT I BELIEVE, and HOW I LIVE my beliefs. I have a testimony of the Standards that members of the LDS Church are held up to. At times they may seem as restraints, impending our want for fun or something else. But I KNOW that they protect me from worse things that will come if I don't keep my standards. I know that Christ lives. I know that He atoned for the sins of ALL MANKIND, and the only way to gain true joy and happiness in this life is to live through Him. That is why I desire to serve a mission. To share His Gospel message of peace and goodwill with the people of Detroit, Michigan.

How I live my faith

I am currently attending a singles ward since I graduated high school in the spring. I am taking a mission prep class there to help me be a more successful missionary.
