Hi I'm Mark Anderson

I grew up in Arizona, I'm a high school graduate, a missionary, a future college student, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy music, and I've written several original medleys of church hymns. I've played a few years on high school volleyball. I've worked as a piano teacher for children from ages five to fourteen. I have worked outside in the heat as well as in an office. I enjoy being with people who have similar value systems that I do, and especially people who value the importance of family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in this church and have gone through phases where I did not know if what I had been taught was true. I studied and read from the Book of Mormon, and prayed to as God if it is true. I received my answer: It is. I have taken this knowledge and used it to do service in the church and really allowed it to change my life where I live the way that God would have me live. I know that if the Book of Mormon is true, that Joseph Smith was a true prophet called by God to restore His church on the Earth today. We have a current prophet who leads and guides the church the same was that Moses, Abraham, and other prophets from back then did. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints truly has the fullness of the Gospel and you will find true happiness and joy being member.

How I live my faith

I have served in many church callings ranging from being at the head of the 12-13 year old young men to helping others do family history work. I go often to visit people in their homes and to teach them lessons and find out how they are doing. For the next two years I will be serving a mission for my church in Indonesia, and will work hard to help others come to find the happiness that I have found in this church.
