Hi I'm Elder Miller

I am called to serve in the Utah Salt Lake City West Mission.

About Me

My name is Elder Miller. I am currently serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I am serving in the Salt Lake City West Mission. I have been a member of the church my whole life. I play music and compose. I love to find ways to serve others and help other be happy.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because His Gospel has given me peace, comfort, and direction in my life. I have been taught values by the leaders of the church that have created who I want to be. My goal is to develop the :Pure Love of Christ" in my daily life. I gained the first bits of my testimony when I was 12 years old. I daily read the Book of Mormon in my bedroom. The topic of gaining a testimony of the Book of Mormon was running through my mind. And as I was reading, i felt this warm feeling and this lightness upon me, filling up my whole body as I read the words. I knew then, that this feeling that I received, was the Holy Ghost testifying unto me that the words in this book are true. And since then, i still have those feelings. A testimony does not come all once, but in layers or steps. Even now, my testimony is growing and growing! I am so grateful for being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, that allows me to feel peace in the rough times in our world.

How I live my faith

In my ward, I help out everyone by spreading joy and peace. I do work/service for the members in my area. I also hometeach many families in my ward. I enjoy getting to know the families and teaching them of the gospel. Sharing a short message from the Prophet and getting to talk with them brings me joy. I enjoy sharing the gospel in my school and teaching my friends of how the gospel of Jesus Christ has changed my life.
