Hi I'm Julie Bushman

I grew up in Flagstaff, Arizona. I play the flute and the piano. I love the outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play the flute, and I toured Europe as the first chair flute player. I enjoy being outdoors and going camping. I paint and draw. I love to do hair. I just finished my first year of college, and I am going on a mission soon. Throughout my life I have broken my ankle and sacrum, and I have torn my ACL. I am the oldest of six kids, and I have a dog.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this church has helped me to reach my fullest potential as a daughter of God. This church keeps me safe and allows me to know how to be free from addiction and harmful substances. I can feel the spirit testify of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon and the Bible, and their teachings. I have seen the power that this gospel has to change peoples' lives, and I wouldn't give that up for anything.

How I live my faith

I live my faith mainly by being an example. At work I always tell the truth and make sure to have integrity in everything I do. I love making others happy and serving them. I always find that my day goes so much better after I have helped someone else: through listening, being their friend, or just smiling as I walk by.
