Hi I'm Michael Baltimore

I'm a military kid and have moved around a few times in the U.S. I like sports and helping others. I'm proudly a mormon!

About Me

I like to play sports and being outside and doing construction. I enjoy helping others out with service projects. I enjoy studying medical skills and someday I plan on being a doctor. I also plan on going to BYU! I am currently a missionary learning spanish and am assigned to the Nicaragua Managua North Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

Being raised in the church is very different than being a convert. All I've known growing up is this gospel, but thats the only thing I love to learn. Going to church every Sunday and attending seminary and classes never get boring to me. Every time I attend I feel a greater presence of the spirit. Nothing feels better than its warm comforting spirit. My testimony is strong and is continually growing. I know that God loves me and that this is his true church. I know that everything the church teaches is true and if there's ever a shadow of a doubt I can pray about it and that I'll know its true.

How I live my faith

One of the things I'm good at is sharing the gospel with others, whether it be bringing it up around friends, teaching in church, or going home teaching with my father. I help plan weekly events for the young men in my ward to make sure we have fun and learn gospel principles. One of the main things I focus on though is home teaching. Each month I set up appointments when I see our assigned families in church and I follow through on those appointments. My dad and I arrive with our lesson prepared and teach by the promptings of the Holy Ghost. Home teachings is one of the many ways I love to share the gospel with others.
