Hi I'm Taylor

I was born and raised in Idaho. I'm the student body Vice President at Idaho State University. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently a student in the College of Business at Idaho State University. I love education and learning and I hope to keep learning my entire life. I have been married for about a year and it's been an incredible experience so far. I look forward to many more great years with my wife. I love sports...a lot! I sometimes feel like I have too much sports trivia filling my head.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I am a firm believer in Jesus Christ. Throughout my life there have been times that I felt inadequate or unworthy of God's blessings. Through Jesus Christ I have been able to find strength and forgiveness. Jesus Christ has not only helped me over come my sins and temptations, but He has helped me become a better person in every aspect of my life. Through my study of The Book of Mormon and the Bible as well as personal prayer I have established a very close relationship with my Savior. The closer I get to my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, my desire to follow them is strengthened. This is a process that I will be on my entire life.

How I live my faith

I currently work with the young men in our area, specifically between the ages of 14-16. My goal is to help them grow in all aspects of their life. During the week I work with them on scouting merit badges and service projects. On Sunday I focus on the spiritual aspects of their lives. Working working with the young men has been incredibly rewarding. I have been strengthened by their faithfulness regardless of the difficult circumstances the world has been them in.
