Hi I'm Dee Ann

I was raised in south central Utah on a dairy farm. I learned how to work hard. I am a Mormon and have been a member all my life.

About Me

I have been a member of the church all my life. I was raised in a small town where the church was very dominate. I became converted to the church when I married and moved away. I am a mother and grandmother. All of my children live close to me but some have strayed from the gospel. I enjoy sewing, crocheting, cooking, entertaining, reading, and gardening, but most of all I love being with my family, grandchildren especially.

Why I am a Mormon

As I have stated previously, I have been a member of the church all of my life, but not always having my own testimony. When I had been married for about 7 years we were going through some difficult times in our family and I needed more than ever to rely on The Lord for strength and support. I knew then that I had to find out for myself if this was the true church and I did just that. When that feeling of peace enveloped me, I knew I was walking the right path. There have been many trials in my life since and I know that He will always be there for me if I will have faith, be humble and trust in His word. He has carried me through many a rough road.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith everyday by service to those in which I see a real need. I love the children and I love music. I have had many opportunities to be with children in the church and to teach them to love music and their Father in Heaven. I serve as a home teacher with my husband and we love our families. They always give us more than we give to them in the way of strength and examples of good Christians. I also love planning and carrying out activities for the ward in which I live. I love The Lord with all my heart and soul.
