Hi I'm Carol

I'm a wife, mother and grandmother. I graduated from Brigham Young University, love gardening, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've enjoyed so many things in life. I attended and graduated from a University. I taught elementary school for a couple of years. When I had my first child I decided to stay home and raise children. Raising children was a wonderful adventure to me. We had six children which at times seemed overwhelming, but my family brings me great joy. I love interior decorating. I enjoy reading about it and help other people decorate their homes. I love to be out in nature. I jogged for over 30 years, running a few races, but mostly enjoying the benefits of exercise. Life has been very good to me!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Mormon family. My entire life has been centered around living the teachings of Jesus Christ as taught in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. My faith as a child was strengthened by my parents faith. I leaned on their faith as I studied Christ's teachings, and tried faithfully to live his gospel. By my teenage years I'd developed a strong faith of my own. Through prayer, reading scriptures and following our living prophet, I had learned to listen to the Holy Spirit and let it direct my life.I have raised my children in the Mormon faith and it has constantly blessed their lives. It gave them confidence, because they knew that God would direct their lives. They have all been blessed by Christ's teachings and even when they have been faced with trials, they have turned to God. My children are all faithful member of the Mormon church. This church has brought me great joy and I would never leave this faith.

How I live my faith

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints. I was raised in this faith. I try to live my faith everyday by serving God's children. Being a good wife, mother and grandmother are my top priorities. I believe that service given freely and with love will change the world. I try to be inclusive and friendly to those I meet daily. I try to visit and encourage those who are poor, sick, or emotionally distressed. I attend church meetings weekly and I give service with other church members often. I pray daily and express gratitude to God who blesses each of us. I look to God as my loving Father and I try to live by Christ's teachings.
