Hi I'm Clara.

I was born and raised in a small town. I make balloon animals and love to travel. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest of seven children and love rock-climbing, eating, and singing in the shower. I'm really good at petting my cat. I have traveled to six foreign countries and hope to experience many more cultures in the future. I am the proud owner of a bright orange street bike, and my toothbrush is purple. In my spare time I like to teach myself new things like playing musical instruments or learning how to beat box. One day I want to live in a big city and ride the subway everywhere I go.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon makes me happy! It's as simple as that. As a Mormon, I have goals to work towards, not only for this life but for the next life as well. This religion gives me purpose as I live each day. Rather than roaming meaninglessly through life wondering who I am and why I'm here, I know that I am a daughter of God and that I lived with Him before I came to Earth and that I can return to His presence again after I die. I feel my Heavenly Father's love for me so strongly when I am living the way that I should. Living life as a Mormon helps me to have faith rather than fear, security instead of confusion, and hope over despair. I love being a Mormon!

How I live my faith

Living my faith is quite simple, really. It consists of sharing the immense happiness inside of me with those around me. It's all about the small things. I try to smile at everyone I meet and be a very grateful person, and I strive to be as Christ-like as I can be by being patient and loving to all. When I see someone in need, I help them. I spend each day building a stronger relationship with my Heavenly Father by talking to Him through prayer and receiving answers through reading my scriptures as well as through feelings I receive. I am looking forward to spending a year and a half in Brazil soon to share the knowledge I have about my amazing Savior, Jesus Christ, with the people there.
