Hi I'm Dallin

I grew up in Utah, I recently graduated from High School, I enjoy building crossbows, and and plan on going on a mission.

About Me

I enjoy inventing and working with my hands. I like to take everything apart. I have also gotten fairly good at working in wood. One of my best work is a wooden chain ten links long, it took forever. I also enjoy playing the Baritone and Alto Saxophone. I plan on going to college and becoming a mechanical engineer. But before I go to College I will be serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and lived in an active family all my life. I have done home teaching with my Dad since I was twelve. I always was active in young men's program for my church and in Scouting. For my Eagle scout project I made a wood bin to be used as a lost and found for a local charter school. I first gained my testimony when I made a covenant with the Lord that if I read my scriptures then he would help me fall asleep at night. This was important because I was in band and woke up almost every school day at 5:20 AM so I could be at band practice 6:00 AM When I read my scriptures Heavenly Father always helped me fall asleep. Then the oddest thing started to happen. My life seemed to start to run smoother and things started to work. I became less forgetful with my schoolwork and I started to understand my studies better. Heavenly father not only helped me fall asleep. He helped me all through the next day. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.

How I live my faith

I have been active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints all my life. I've done home teaching with my Dad ever since I was twelve. Home teaching is where my Dad and I visit other families in the ward once a month and teach them a lessons and see it there is anything else we can do for them.
