Hi I'm Misty

I'm a Mormon (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints)

About Me

I love playing computer games and reading. I enjoy being online and am looking for a way to be of service. I have disabilities so want to use this route as a way of sharing the gospel with others. I have been in the Navy. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Art.

Why I am a Mormon

I enjoy going to the Mormon church (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints) because I can feel the Holy Spirit there. I have church hymns memorized that I enjoy singing, and the Church states that the church hymns can be very powerful sermons and testimonies, themselves.

How I live my faith

I am the church librarian and online representative for my ward.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

We share our testimony, usually on the first Sunday of the month, at the church, to let other members know what Church principles we believe or have knowledge of through witness of the Holy Ghost. We also share our beliefs with others when the need arises at other times, so the Holy Ghost can inspire others to know that what we share is the truth. Show more Show less
