Hi I'm Bonnie Lou Schneider

Since I was six years old, I searched for the true Gospel. I was thirty-three years old when I found it. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and an emergency department registered nurse. I have many hats, however the most important on is being a child of God. My husband is my best friend and soul mate. I sew, quilt, and love to cook. My days are full of adventure, but none of this would be possible without the testimony I have of that the Church of Jesus Christ is true.

Why I am a Mormon

I searched for the truth about the gospel for many years. My journey was a long and winding road with potholes. I visited many different religions, but none of them filled the gaping hole within my soul. In reviewing this journey I must admit speaking to missionaries for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Once I was a member I often wondered why I did not receive the messages that were being sent my way. I have since come to believe we all have a time in our presence here on earth to hear the gospel. When the time is right Heavenly Father will touch our hearts and open our minds to the truth.

How I live my faith

I try to be the best example of Christianity that I can be to my friends and family. I reach out to the community through volunteer groups, and share my faith when the spirit testifies a message. Our home is filled with good books, pictures of temples and paintings of the prophets past and present. Anyone entering our home knows what our faith is, and we are always ready to share.
