Hi I'm Natalie Edmondson

I grew up in Utah. I am currently at college studying to be an art teacher. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I absolutely love art. I mostly like to draw and paint. Art is my passion, and I hope to share that passion one day as an art teacher. I am currently going to college, studying to become an art teacher. I also play the violin, and I love music. I am an Irish dancer as well, and since I started doing that, I have discovered a new love for anything Celtic.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a family strongly devoted to the LDS church. I have always been a Mormon. Ever since I was young, I have had a strong conviction that the church I belong to is true. My faith in the gospel has grown as I have grown, strengthened as my knowledge of commandments and covenants has increased. I have received a witness through the Holy Ghost, time and again, of the truth of this gospel. I believe in the Prophet, Thomas S. Monson, and I know that he is called of God to bear witness to us of the truth of this gospel and bring us His word. I believe that Jesus Christ is our Savior and Redeemer. I know He lived, and still lives. I know that we are all loved by our Heavenly Father and I have felt that love through promptings of the Holy Ghost, through words in the scriptures, through the actions of others. I have a testimony, a divine witness, that this church is the true church upon the Earth today.

How I live my faith

I smile and I serve. Smiling helps me to show my light and faith in the gospel and helps me to be an example to others. Smiling lifts my spirit as well. I like to serve others and help them out when they are having a rough day. In my ward, I serve in the compassionate service committee, where I work with others to help out in the ward. If someone is sick or having a hard day, the committee works together to serve that person and help them feel better.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

Natalie Edmondson
A testimony is a witness of what we believe. We receive a testimony through the Holy Ghost, who tells us in our hearts and minds the things that are true. When we bear our testimony, we are telling others of our faith and knowledge of what the Holy Ghost has told us is true. Our witness, our testimony, can help others to strengthen their own faith and testimony. Show more Show less
