Hi I'm Kellie

I love playing volleyball. I attend BYU. I'm a missionary in the Massachusetts Boston Mission.

About Me

I grew up in Spokane, WA. I absolutely love the Pacific Northwest! I am the oldest of 4. I have two younger sisters and one younger brother. I love my family and I feel so blessed to know that I can spend eternity with them. I love playing volleyball and the sport has really made me the person I am today. I have traveled all over the country for various tournaments. Volleyball taught me to be a hard worker, team player and a leader. As much as I love volleyball, I always knew that I wanted to go to BYU. I gave up my opportunities to play volleyball in college so I could go to BYU. I love the atmosphere BYU provides and I cannot wait to continue my studies in nursing when I get home from my mission. I am a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I am serving in the Massachusetts Boston Mission. I LOVE IT HERE!

Why I am a Mormon

I love this church with all my heart. I love the people and the messages this church has to offer. No other church can make you feel the way this one does. The spirit is always so strong. I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God. I know that I have a Heavenly Father, who loves me and wants me to be happy. I know that Jesus atoned for my sins and made it possible for me to live in Heaven again. I know the temple is the House of the Lord. I know that we have living prophets and apostles on the earth today to lead and guide us. I know this church is true. I have prayed about it and have received confirmation that it is the true church on the earth today.

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday of my life. I wear a tag that explicitly shows that I am representative of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Each day I wake up and study the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I have the opportunity each day to teach those around me about our church and help them come unto Christ and be baptized. I love being a missionary. As I rely on Jesus Christ to help me through my difficult times, I feel that I am continually growing closer to him . What a blessing this is in my life!
