Hi I'm Brielle

I attend Brigham Young University, and I study art and music. I'm from New Hampshire, I love my family, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love life, and I believe that God is good. He has blessed me with wonderful parents and 4 siblings, one of which is serving a mission in Los Angeles. We live away from relatives and many friends in the western states, and I also attend school in Utah, so cross-country flights are not uncommon. I love missionary work, and am blessed to live in an area with so many opportunities to share the gospel and serve. I love teaching music. I love making art. I love learning new instruments. I love planting and working in our garden. I love touring New England in the fall. I love visiting cities that have historical meaning, such as Boston, D.C., or church history sites such as Kirtland, OH or Nauvoo, IL. Most of all, I love spending time with my family. I love them and they mean everything to me..

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have come to realize that the doctrine contains all the truths to make me, my family, and all people happy, in this life and in the eternities. I know that what I believe is true because of the tender and beautiful feelings of truth I feel when I ask God what is right. I know it is true because of the joyful way I feel when I live what I believe by serving others and following God's laws. When I feel this way, I want others to know this truth and feel this light. I know that they can feel happy too, just by understanding God's love for them, knowing His plan, and feeling His peace. I am excited to share this joy with others when I become a missionary for the Lord to share his gospel.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending my church every Sunday. When I apply for jobs, I make sure I let my employers know that this day is set aside for me to worship my Lord. When I talk to my friends about my weekend plans, I let them know that I attend church because I want to feel spiritually uplifted. I love setting aside time for the Lord because when I do, I receive countless blessings in my life in return. When I serve the Lord in my church callings, I feel happy. Sometimes I serve by conducting the hymns we sing. Sometimes I play the church organ. I have also been recently called to serve as a teacher of our faith's basic doctrines, especially to those who are just learning about our church. No matter how I serve, I always walk away feeling filled with joy and purpose.
