Hi I'm Jenna Merrell

I grew up in Michigan, then moved to Washington. I love music, serving, reading, and doing anything outside. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love music and play the piano. I also love to read and do anything outside. I can't help but be organized, and I love serving people. I hate to see someone sad, and try to cheer them up. I am in 9th grade and love math. I am planning to go on a mission, and afterwards continue college.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the gospel brings me happiness. It has been revealed to me through personal revelation that this church is true. I love knowing that I can be sealed to my family forever, that I can repent for what I do wrong, and that I can get help wherever, whenever, with whoever. I know that the gospel is true, it has helped me so much in my life and I want to help other people to find it in their lives, so that they can feel this happiness that I have. I have learned so much from the Book of Mormon, what the power of prayer can do, and how the Holy Ghost can help guide you to do right in life.

How I live my faith

I help out our ward by babysitting children every month during the older women's get together dinners. I enjoy babysitting the children because I know that when I grow older and have children that I will need this skill to nurture them. I also volunteer for prayers all the time, because I know when I pray I receive blessings. I also help the young women Sunday activities run by conducting, being the chorister, and doing what I can to make things go more smooth. During school I try to share the gospel by inviting friends to come to church on Sunday, or just telling them about the gospel, what our standards are and such.
