Hi I'm Ted Salmon

I grew up on a cattle ranch in Alberta Canada. I'm a horseman. Played softball, basketball, hockey & raced chariots. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been a life long softball player; played 13 times at the World Senior Games in St. George, Utah; played high school basketball and some hockey. The greatest adrenaline rush in life comes from racing chariots and riding race horses. I have been a horseman all my life as my father had me working cattle at 4 years old. I graduated from BYU with Bsc in Animal Science and had a career as a bulk fertilizer dealer, manager & owner in Alberta. I am the father of three boys and two girls and grandfather of 21.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that Jesus Christ died for each of us that we may live again and that we may repent and improve. I am a Mormon because The Church of Jesus Christ has been restored in its fullness that we might gain exaltation.

How I live my faith

I have been member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints all of my life. It has been my guide and main stay everyday. It is my life. I know it is the truth. The greatest part of life is being of service to others. I have served 3 full time missions for the Church, two of which were with my wonderful wife of 50 years.
