Hi I'm Jason Carl Warnick

I'm a Skier, an Outdoors man, I love to laugh, and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I grew up in a Mormon home in Utah Valley raised by two great parents who were very patient with me. Growing up I did a lot of sports, Wrestling was my favorite, I did that throughout Jr high and high school. The reason that is one of my favorites is because of all the lessons you learn while participating in the sport, whether in the practice room or in a match you learn about how strong you really are and what your capable of. another sport I have loved is skiing. In my high school years I was introduced to skiing by a good friend and fell in love with it right away. Not to many things can be compared to racing down a mountain with your friends to see who gets to the bottom first, or just carving down a powder covered mountain smoothly too the bottom. Before I was 18 I knew I wanted to serve a church 2 year mission so while in my senior year I filled out my mission papers, turned it in and two weeks later got my call. I served in the California Santa Rosa Mission and loved it very dearly and the people as well. Right now I am on my next step in life just preparing for my career and future family. I've always had an interest in athletics and the medical field so my career of choice is Physical therapy. I have always loved hiking and camping my whole life, some of my best memories are camping and hiking trips i took as a kid or teenager with friends and family. If you ask my friends I'm a really goofy kid and I love to laugh and tease.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the Church my whole life but that's not the reason I'm a Mormon. I'm a Mormon and will always be a Mormon because the influence it's had on me in my life. Being a Member of The church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints is a life style. It changes your life in the best way possible, I've had family members that aren't as strong in the church and have fallen away, I've seen the affect it has had in their life's, I didn't want that so I decided to stay with the Church and Have been blessed because of it. I've come to know for myself that this Church is true because I've also personally prayed and asked God if it really was his church and it truly is led by him. I've received a confirming witness each time without fail and have no doubts that it is true.

How I live my faith

wake up every morning and study then start my day and on Sunday go to church at 9 get home at 12 and do missionary prep home teaching, and relaxing with the family

Why don’t Mormons drink coffee, tea, or alcohol? What is the Mormon Church’s law of health and proper diet?

Jason Carl Warnick
we follow something called the word of wisdom, this is to take care of our body's and treat them with respect. these aren't only restrictions of what we cant have but it also tells us whats good for us and what will keep us healthy, if we choose to live by the word of wisdom and not consume things that are harmful to our body the lord promises to bless us Show more Show less
