Hi I'm Brandon Allen

I've played soccer for 14 years. I play a variety of musical instruments. I've been in over 20 different musicals. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love music. I play electric/acoustic guitar, mandolin, bass, trumpet, and percussion. I've sang in many school choirs, honor choirs, and small ensamble music groups. I like to write and record songs, including instrumental, a cappella, and full band songs. I also love math. I just graduated high school and will be attending college to major in Applied Mathematics. I have participated in 3 different invitational math tournaments in high school. I love soccer. I have played for 13 years, playing on club teams and school teams.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because I can feel the Spirit when I live its teachings. It helps guide my life in the right direction so that I can live with Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ again after I die. I have a testimony that the Book of Mormon is a true testament of Jesus Christ and His teachings, and I also have a testimony that Joseph Smith was the first prophet of these latter days and that he translated the Book of Mormon so that we could read it today. These prophets continue today, and I know that they are representatives of God.

How I live my faith

I have been involved with the youth in this church for as long as I've been a youth. I always attended activities and participated in scouts. During church, I would lead the group of boys my age as the president of the "quorum". Through my participation in my youth, I earned my Eagle Scout award and my Duty to God award. My dad and I would also go out and visit different families once a month as home teachers. We would teach them a lesson, talk with them, and become friends with them.
